Use private Wi-Fi for installation. Activate just before departure or on arrival. Your plan starts when you confirm activation.

Some public Wi-Fi networks, like those in airports or on planes, can block eSIM activation. If you can, do this at home or at your hotel instead.

Before you start QR code installation

There are a few important points to be aware of:

QR code displayed on another device or printed

Stable internet connection during installation

Each QR code can only be scanned once

Device must be eSIM compatible

iOS 12.1 or later / Android 9.0 or later required

Do not delete the eSIM after installation

It cannot be restored once deleted

Select the "Openline" option for your mobile data connection.

Keep "Allow Mobile Data Switching" turned off to avoid additional roaming charges.

Click on Continue to complete the setup.
